- Description: The City of Mebane is pleased to present the 4th of July Independence Day Celebration! This celebration takes place annually on July 4. Bring your family and friends to enjoy fireworks, food trucks, photo booths, backyard games, live music and more! Patrons are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets. This event is drug and alcohol-free. No pets or personal fireworks allowed.
