The NC Association of Festivals & Events is pleased to provide you with the 2008 Excellence Award winners. The winners were announced at the 2008 Showfest Conference held at the Embassy Suites & the Marriott in Winston-Salem, NC February 10-11, 2008.  The conference was attended by more than two hundred festival and event planners and supporting members throughout North Carolina. Each award is split into two categories according to the events budget, under $50,000 and over $50,000 except for best overall awards. The excellence awards program honors and recognizes “excellence” within the industry.
