The Lowell Freedom Festival will be held on June 4-5, 2010 and will take place from 6-10 PM on June 4 & 10 AM-6PM June 5. The event will be held at Harold Rankin Park located at 519 Park Circle. The festival features children’s rides, more than 50 crafts and food vendors, live music and the second annual Miss Freedom Festival.
