Website: http://cabarrusevents.org/id58.html At least 10 balloons launch from the streets of Cannon Village at sunrise. The rally is free to the public and a great start to a daylong craft festival. Local dance studios showcasing their students begin at 10:00 AM with entertainment throughout the day. Craft and food vendors line the streets of the downtown area bringing people from all over the Cabarrus and Rowan County regions. As the day comes to an end a free concert begins at 7:00 PM with a Hot Air Balloon Glow at dusk. The day comes to an end at 11:00 PM.
